Everybody likes a strong and healthy body. This will give confidence everywhere. If you have a weak body don't worry, once I was in your position. My strong determination gave me a new life. I was a lean boy in my school and college days. I was not handsome, no dresses suits me..
I had a love...I loved her very much.. more than anything.. We enjoyed our college days very much. We got jobs in different places and everyday we talked hours over phone... Suddenly one day she tried to detach from me. I don't know why.. She got better option than me!! Yea!! that was true.
Heart broke!! that affect me very much... Under weight!! no food.. no sleep...
But I could over come that day with the helps of my friends and relatives. They helped me very much.. This incidents gives me an opportunity to understand real friends and relatives. I have to spend my time occupied. For that I included somethings in my life and that somethings changed my life.
One of that Something is "Gymnasium". I spend my painful mornings in nearest Gymnasium. I got some active boys as my friends. and slowly I started to workout and my muscles are gradually comes up
Now I am very confidant and still I love her, because she is the only reason to changes in my life. Since my love is unconditional, I will love her until my death.
